It’s important during the consultation process that we gather a crystal clear understanding of state of your teeth and mouth. A recent x-ray will suffice. If you don’t have one we’ll take one. They cost £35.

Though online bookings are non-refundable they can be rescheduled (within 24 hours of the appointment), subject to a £10 administration fee.

If you are late for your appointment, or deemed unprepared for your consultation will be cancelled without refund.

If we need to reschedule your appointment we will notify you with as much notice as possible and offer alternative options.

London consultation: Start your treatment within 45 days and we’ll give you a full refund on your fee.

Commence an orthodontic treatment plan within 60 days of your orthodontic consultation and we’ll refund the £100 consultation fee.

All London consultations constitute an initial assessment only. Your final diagnosis, including the expert specialist input, will be completed abroad.

Implantologists – implant specialists expert in evaluating bone implant tissue.

Periodontologist – experts in gum health.

Orthodontists – experts in braces and dental engineering.

Gnathologists – experts in bite measured and pressure calculation.
